1. If any Customs/Excise or import charges apply, these are the sole responsibility of the purchaser/receiver to pay.

2. Its not possible to ship oils, liquids, batteries and some large items like deck shells, covers etc outside of Ireland.

If you provided an incorrect address or the Courier Company attempts delivery and no one is there to accept the delivery your order will be "returned to sender" and thereafter a refund for the product will be done but no refund is possible for the Delivery Charge. It is standard practice for International deliveries to be dropped to a pick up point if delivery attempt fails. The customer is sent an email and a text message to let them know this. If the parcel is not collected within the holding period (this varies for each pick up point, 4-7 days) it is then returned to the sender. When you order from us in Ireland this is the delivery service format and you the customer must collect from the pickup zone should it go there after the delivery attempt fails.

4. NIL OF VAT ORDERS FOR EXPORT:We dont do one-off orders at zero vat, its only possible on orders over €1000 + vat with prior approval and account setup.

5. Certain large items if ordered in a quantity greater than one may not be possible to ship due to freight costs. We will refund your order straight away and email you.
