Pre Delivery Inspection Process

Step 1.

Order arrives on our system and then a picker will start the pick. Parts are picked from location in the warehouse by ipad.

Step 2.

Pre Delivery Inspection as shown in the picture below is done by a 2nd warehouse member completing and verifying via

our 2-stage process all parts are correct and 100%

Step 3. 

The order is then prepared by the Shipping Dept. for dispatch and correct label is attached. See Below:

Step 4.

The customer is emailed with all pictures and tracking number.
