It is standard practice for International deliveries to be dropped to a pick up point if delivery attempt fails. The customer is sent an email and a text message to let them know this. If the parcel is not collected within the holding period (this varies for each pick up point, 4-7 days) it is then returned to the sender. When you order from us in Ireland this is the delivery service format and you the customer must collect from the pickup zone should it go there after the delivery attempt fails.

5. Certain large items if ordered in a quantity greater than one may not be possible to ship due to freight costs. We will refund your order straight away and email you.
